• How do I use a promotion code?

  Once you're ready to check out there will be a panel on the right side of your screen. There will be box that says "gift card or discount code". Enter your code there.

• How do I use a promotion code on mobile?

  Once you get to check out, click on the "order summary" drop down. There will be box that says "gift card or discount code". Enter your code and you'll be all set!

• How many promotional codes can I use per order?

  Our policy allows one promotional code to be applied per order. You cannot combine discount codes, gift with purchases, or other promotional offers on the same order.  Exclusions apply.

• Where can I find information on future sales and promotions?

  You can learn about future sales and promotions by signing up to receive our emails. If you sign up to be on our emailing list you’ll be among the first to know when new sales and deals are coming out. You can find the email signup at the bottom of our homepage .

• Where does Mossy Oak list promotion restrictions and exclusions?

  All exclusions and restrictions will be included on the text or email where you received the promotion.

• Why does it say that “the code entered isn’t valid”?

  This means that we can’t find a current code in our system that matches what you entered. So it’s either an old code that is no longer valid, or it never existed. Check the expiration date and spelling of the code.

• Why does it say that “you don’t have any items in your order that qualify”?

  Unfortunately, some of our promotions have exclusions due to manufacturer or product restrictions. Our Companions line and items that are already marked down are excluded from our promotions.

• Why do some products only have select sizes/colors on sale?

  The sale items are generally discontinued colors from a past season that are mixed with full-priced current season colors. Once you’ve selected your size and color, the correct price will also be shown below the product name at the top of the page.
